SARS-CoV-2 has increased the demand for serological testing. The goal is to better quantify the number of COVID-19 cases. The difficulty lies in detecting not only current, but also asymptomatic and recovered cases. Serological tests identify which people have been exposed to the SARS-CoV-2 virus by looking at their immune response. Such serological tests go further than RT-PCR or ELISA based testing methods that only look at current infections.

THE TESTS

Our CE-certified and regulator-approved antibody test (the antigen test is currently under review) have been sampled from over 30 tests worldwide. We have performed independent analyses of the tests to verify their quality, and our medical doctor has personally undertaken cross-checks in Switzerland. The results speak for themselves: All of the true positive samples (PCR verified patients) have been detected by our tests.
